How can you make a difference to CMHA and to those with a mental illness?

CMHA is about promoting and assisting recovery. About seeing people’s potential not their disability. Our response is uniquely wide-ranging (from prevention, education, and information services, right through to rehabilitation and community support to those recovering from illness) and innovative (we have a track record of developing many of the most effective new approaches available in the community today).

If you’re considering making a donation, chances are that you’ve come into contact with our organization already. Maybe you’ve attended one of our workshops, or you’ve employed one of our clients. Perhaps you’re the family member of someone with mental illness. Whatever your connection, if we’ve piqued your interest, we invite you to find out more about our work and us. With your help we can help even more people reach their goals and potential.

With your help, we can make a difference.

Blogger using her Writing Skills to Support Mental Health!

CMHA Vancouver-Burnaby would like to thank Isabella Mori, a well-respected psychotherapist, and member of our board of directors, for her time and dedication during the 2008 Blogathon. Isabella wrote a post on her blog every 30 minutes for a 24-hour period. In support of her blogging, she asked readers to donate to CMHAVB here.

CMHAVB thanks Isabella for her generosity and energy!
